Kitebox _(Beta)

This terms of service ("terms") is note about how Abhimantra Tech ("us", "we", "our") operates, provide product and services, and refund when you order using Kitebox.in ("website", "service", "app"). We reserve the right to change this terms at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.

Operations

When you buy a subscription from us: • You start receiving the subscription kit from next month of subscription date. • You get the kit (items of the kits) based on the collection created/predecided by Abhimantra Tech team for that month. • Items of the kit can be different for two different customers.

Refund policy

We provide refund if: • Customer doesn't like the product, inform Abhimantra Tech team through email and return the product within 15 days of receiving the kit of the first month of subscription. • Amount is refunded to the bank account through which the payment was made. • No cash refund. • We may use the payment channel/provider (Razorpay) to refund the amount to the customer.

Service discontinuation

Abhimantra Tech reserve the rights to deny or discontinue its service to any customer.
